Please do something with these timesheets. I used to work 10-15 minutes; now I work 2 hours. They are very inefficient!

While technician hours can currently be exported, the reports require significant manual manipulation in Excel to prepare for payroll processing and job costing. A built-in, payroll-ready summary report that allows filtering by pay period and clearly totals hours by employee (with optional job breakdown) would greatly improve efficiency and reduce administrative errors. Improved formatting within the native report would make payroll reconciliation faster and more streamlined.

I need a custom report that allows me to pull all timesheet data for each pay period, including regular and overtime hours, in a consolidated format. The current process is too time-consuming, requiring manual calculations and adjustments for each employee. A streamlined report would significantly improve efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing.

With timesheet rules properly set up, Regular Time kicks over into Overtime at 40.00 hours. This produces two adjacent timestamps in the Timesheet view; a final Regular Time stamp, and the first OT stamp. This is frequently on Fridays. The Regular & OT stamps currently always display in jumbled order. Oddly, when they're edited & approved, they then fall into chronological order. ...So it eventually ends up displaying chronologically, but it's disorienting when the edited timestamps jump to a different spot like this. Please fix so they always display in proper sequence. -Noah

It would be great to be able to run a report that is able to have more then one tech and one job.

is there a way for the time sheets for staff it rounds to the nearest .25 hour?

Having the ability to bulk edit time stamps. For example, when all users clock in.

I would like to have a timesheet setting to change the pay period.

Albi 2.0 has lots of great qualities and intuitive design -HOWEVER- they missed the mark on still not allowing editing of time sheets. QBO time allowed for it, why not Albi??
