This would help make sending payment requests faster so I don't have to write the same message format every single time I ask for money

Some of our teammates would like to receive an email notification every time they are mentioned in the timeline. Ideally this could be set

Whenever documents are sent to customer's for signature out of Albi, they go into the spam folder, not the regular inbox.

It'd be easier than copy paste to email clients right from ALBI if email addresses were hyper linked underlined to click on right from client info

when i am sending an estimate, you would think it would prefill the customers information, or even have a dropdown to type a name in. nope, i have to manually copy and paste the email of the customer into the text box. please fix

#1 Is there a solution for this ??? When you send an email with attachments through Albi Theres no way to go back and see the whole email with attachments only the body ? #2 Also When you’re scrolling through the project files, you’re not able to see what file is, It would be ideal if you were able to have a preview Of what the file is. If you hovered over it with your mouse.can this be done ???

Is there a way to stop repeating the uploading of the hyperlink icons at the bottom of emails. It makes it extremely hard selecting photos and documents to create a project file with hundreds of theses icons clogging things up.

Would like to be able to minimize email window in project so they can move to different areas to copy customer information such as claim number. Or to have the claim number populate automatically in the subject line. Majority of the emails that go out need this claim number

Be able to send out a mass email (for general updates/notifications to clients, contractors, etc.) to all contacts, or a select group of contacts at a time. Would also eliminate the use of 3rd party emailing platforms.

Parsed emails that are sent to multiple recipients or to a group email are showing in the Communications timeline as duplicate identical emails. It clogs the timeline. If a parsed email gets sent by one of our staff to our office's group email, info.roseburg@gotruenorth.com , we get it 6 times. Kind of annoying...
