Some of our teammates would like to receive an email notification every time they are mentioned in the timeline. Ideally this could be set

We use our logo on our emails. Which is great. The problem is that every logo ends up in Albi and it is annoying. Is there a way to get Albi to not add the logo?

I frequently send emails from the timeline and have to manually enter the claim number each time. It would be much more efficient if the claim number could be automatically populated as the subject of emails, saving time and reducing the chance of errors.

Whenever you are interacting via email, the images- say a signature logo- saves once and again in the file manager. Can we please fix this? It makes the file manager unorganized and the email integration feature hard to embrace. Makes us not want to use this feature all together.

Is there a way to have Albi automatically give the option of all email addresses associated with the project? For instance, when I want to send an email, an estimate, or a report, it would be nice to not have to search for and type in email addresses for insurance adjusters or any other relationship.

When attaching files to an email in the Timeline you are only able to attach something from your desktop or your File Manager. You are not able todo both

Can you have the insurance company name and email from my organizations populate so that I don't have to type that information in when sending an email from Albi?

I often find myself needing to resend emails to homeowners. Currently, if an email needs to be resent from Albi, I have to recreate it entirely. It would be much more efficient if there was a feature that allowed me to simply resend an email without having to go through the process of recreating it.

Would like to be able to minimize email window in project so they can move to different areas to copy customer information such as claim number. Or to have the claim number populate automatically in the subject line. Majority of the emails that go out need this claim number

If we have a complex project, we are now able to split it into multiple Albi projects that are LINKED using the linking feature (love it). Often we have customers and insurance personnel that will email us about the holistic job, (including the multiple linked projects): we need the ability to list multiple project ID's in an email, and thus have it parse that email into all of those projects' timelines. Currently can parse a given email to only one project's timeline. -Noah
