Why is this still not possible?? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make it so you can delete notes! Why put a check box next to each note if you're unable to do anything with it.

Texting through Albi??
A very good competitor of yours, Jobsight, has texting clients through the app. Makes it super easy to use. Is there any future updates like this for Albi?

Ability to see/filter/list tasks that you have assigned to others
As we start using assigned tasks more, it would be convenient to have a filter, list, and/or search option to view the open tasks we have already assigned to other so we can more effectively follow-up on them.

we want to use an interpretation service... but need a conference call option

Don't duplicate emails in timeline
If emails are cc'd to multiple parties, the timeline produces up to 6 duplicates or more of the same exact email...this is messy and plugs up the timeline, making it slow and frustrating to use.

Call Outcome/ Categorization
Why can't I create my OWN options for call outcome? 1st of all that options there are not "outcomes" . Out come would be appt scheduled, caller hung up, etc 2nd I was told today that they are universal. Not useful at all I should be able to add what our company needs 3rd why isn't there an Initial call?

Email Body and Attachments
Can I make a feature suggestion/improvement request here? It would AMAZING if in the timeline/communications it did 2 things. Had the ability to see the entire body of an email in 1 screen without having to scroll - right not you only get a very small window to see a couple sentences at most and then you must scroll down, and scroll left to right to see the entire message Showed, and allowed you to access any attachments that were sent with the email. Right now you cannot see any attachments that were sent with an email. Just observations from a user that would save me a good bit of time.

LARGER TEXT BOXES
I get that you can manually enlarge the text box but that is an unnecessary step when you can just make the text box larger. Expand the text box for all facets of Albi.

Customer Portal
A customer portal would enable us to seamlessly inform them of their progress. A timeline with company point of contact or contact form inside the customer portal would be a great benefit.

Emails out of Albi
In the desktop version of Albi, is there a feature that allows users to select a customer/homeowner's email address from a dropdown when sending an email from a specific file? Alternatively, is there an option to click on their email address to automatically open a new email with their address pre-filled in the 'To' field?
