Hours Tab on Every Job

Every job should include a dedicated "Hours" tab that is visible directly within the job file. Currently, users must navigate to Staff → Timesheets to review labor hours, which is inefficient and time-consuming.

Having labor hours accessible from the job itself would allow Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Estimators to quickly review:

Total hours worked on the job

Hours by employee

Labor costs and productivity

Progress against budgeted hours

This would eliminate unnecessary navigation, improve operational efficiency, and make job-costing reviews significantly faster.
