Feature Requests

Ability to make a group of staff members associated with certain departments to then easily add multiple staff at once on events. For example: have a demo group with 15 staff members, you do not have to individually select all 15, rather just type demo and it will add them all at once.

Scheduling events when someone is already booked at that time we should be able to see a notification

When I assign someone to a task or event they should get a notification 24 hours before the task and 1 hour before the event or task is due. This feature is why i haven't canceled my house call pro account

Can you make a scheduler/calendar that will also sync with google calendar and the iPhone calendar? And the ability to have that project automatically sync to the calendar when the Stus is marked scheduled and estimated completion date?

We really need a notification to tell us when we schedule someone if they are already scheduled for that day. We should be able to ignore or override the warning but we need a warning of some sort ( a pop-up etc). There are many filters in the calendar and you don't always notice a particular filter setting so you think someone is available but they just are filtered out of the schedule. This prompt would save us lots of headaches!!

If personal appointments or events scheduled outside of Albi are made, they reflect on the respective parties scheduler

Can you sync the scheduler with Google calendar?

Daily view is most important for a the scheduling team. Request time on leftmost column and the Staff/Teams (different colors per staff/team) blocked out side by side horizontally. See attached.

When creating an event under the project Schedule section, it does not alert you if that person is already booked at that time. Can we please add an alert or ability to see from the project if you are double booking.
