When send a WO to a sub sometimes we need to just send the line items without any financial information. Having the ability to remove the financial information would be great.

It would be very helpful if the documents in a file could automatically email the customer a copy of a signed document when they sign. This would streamline the process and ensure that customers receive their signed documents promptly without manual intervention.

Customer would like the estimate name to come from the project name or parts of the project name (unique number) I think there would be value in adding options of what to pull in for any Workbook doc name everytime one is generated. Basic info, project name, only parts of project name or parts of basic info

As the title says, please have the system ask if we want to save when the escape key is pressed. I've lost my progress when writing estimates because of hitting the esc button on the wrong window. Also an autosave feature when writing estimates would help. thanks!

Ability to use more than one template in Workbook. Will also need ability to select from multiple templates just like you can with email templates. Currently you can add on multiple contract templates but it will just default to the most recently added template

How to combine 2 projects, by moving all line items from one workbook to another

I'm curious if there is a way to combine two separate workbook estimates all in the same project

Items are not being deleted in the file manager when we try to delete them. When we create an estimate and decide to rename at any given time, a new file is created in file manager instead of renaming the original file.

When creating an estimate, we need to have line items have specific categories. It would be nice to have the ability to choose multiple line items to change the category at one time.

Need the ability to edit the name that goes at the top of estimates
