Can you please make the sales tax go out to 3 decimal points? In NY, some counties have sales tax of 8.125% or 8.375%.

If anyone just submits the work order number on their invoice that work order number is not searchable. This would be a great addition to the search

When I add an estimate from Xactimate into the workbook, I want the estimate number to automatically upload into our service authorization, specifically under the contract amount. This would save us from having to manually input the amount for each job, making our workflow more efficient.

Break out lines on work orders by the room so that sub contractors know what rooms the work is supposed to be done in. For example, if 20 square feet need to be done in one room and 100 square feet in another, we would need the rooms noted.

When adding a item from the price list it should go to the bottom of the estimate, NOT THE TOP! This is extemely frustrating, please fix!

Would like to have the option to import the customer copy from xactimate

Would you please consider removing or making the ability to remove the customers personal information like phone number and email on work/purchase orders? The address is fine. So the subcontractor has an address for the work order. But personally i would like to protect my customer's personal info and not hand that out to each and every sub.

Hi Albi Team, Creating estimates from scratch every time is very time-consuming, especially for similar scopes. It would be extremely helpful to have: Estimate templates for recurring scopes, and/or Ability to duplicate an estimate and assign it to a different project/client This would save time, improve consistency, and reduce errors.
