Integrations

There's currently no way to differentiate whether a project's customer is a contact or an organization. Additional fields/keys to help tell them apart would be very helpful when automating correspondence.

When a customer is updated in Albi, the contact information does not get updated as well (ie, address, phone number).

When an estimate is integrated into the Workbook in Albi from Xactimate we would like to be able to show the unit of measure for each line item on the report. As of right now it shows the quantity, but no unit of measure. This information would need to be added to the settings under: Customize Albi Estimate Line Items - Configure the content for Albi estimate line items that sync from Xactimate.

Is there a way to have changes made in the timesheet update in the project workbook automatically?

We use 3CX when we call homeowners from our personal phones in order to not give out our personal phone numbers. It'd be helpful if we didn't have to have to go back and forth between ALBI and 3CX to call a homeowner. Side note - If we can't integrate 3CX, then at least let us copy the phone number from the app in order to paste it into 3CX or any other calling app)

Simple integration with Docusketch would be sweet. I'd ask for a simple one, and follow up with deeper integration later. If there was just somewhere in a project's basic information for a Docusketch hyperlink to live, that'd be sweet.

You cant delete notes in the app or via the api...

When the Xactimate project is created from Albi, the name comes across as the file number. It would be great if that was the actual customer name.

Having an option for clients to view their job schedules and or notes/photos or updates for them only to see.
