Feature Requests

A built-in Compliance Manager that automatically audits active projects and assigns a clear color status; green, yellow, or red, based on configured rules such as project stage, days in status, required documents, signatures, and activity. Users could choose which categories they want monitored and alerted on, so they only see the compliance issues most relevant to them. For example, a job in the New stage could be marked green, yellow, or red depending on how long it has remained there.

When sending a document and i click the signature option it should automatically pull up the homeowners/insureds email instead of having to type it in. right now you have to start typing to find the email and it gives all my colleagues work emails first which is usually not helpful.

Please add a Matterport Hyperlink on the basic info page

It would be great to be able to open up a task into a pop up and have additional functionality. Here is a list of items I think would be valuable: ►Note section (auto fill into timeline notes attached to task, this would allow for instance taking notes on a phone call) ►Complete and new task button (This would allow a staff person to complete a task and the system would pop up a follow up task. This task should auto fill with pertinent information, but also be editable. This would be in addition to a plain complete task button) ►Task Date - not a completion date or a created date, but a date the task is to be started (This would allow there to be a future task, where the task would exist, but would not be on the active task list until the task date. For example, I talk to an adjuster and ask for some information to be sent, I would complete the call task with notes and set a follow up task for two days from now to make sure that the information was sent. I don't need to see that task for two days... Having a huge task list filled with future items gives my people anxiety!) ►Sub-tasks (This would allow for an overarching task to have several components that multiple people can be working on. For Example, when we get a new job started, I need material ordered, parts ordered, hardware ordered, and drawings signed. All of these are not a linear process, I would love them to all be sub-tasks that can be completed concurrently and when they are all done, then the main task is complete)

The color coding on the status page makes zero sense. The activity page has now been synced to display last activity on the bottom of the job window on the status page. Can we please make an option to use that last activity date the trigger for the color coding? I want my jobs touched every 48 hrs minimum, but based on last activity not when it entered the status. All my jobs are red, its a sea of red. So its just nice coloring at this point as it means nothing.

There used to be a feature where I could hit tab to focus on the next element (tab a couple times to get to the save button). Was that causing issues? I would love that to come back as I am putting in notes often and would appreciate not having to move back to my mouse.

Requesting a Custom Field on the Basic Info tab/page in which a link can be dropped in and viewed from the mobile and desktop views. Ideally just need a Custom Field that we can use for whatever is important... for us, we want it for a matterport/video link. For now, we are putting those in the Sandbox.

It would be extremely nice to be able to see the customers name, address and contact information all at the top of the Basic Info tab, instead of having to scroll down to find the phone number and email address for the customer.

We have a few companies that have tested and noticed that if information in a contact changes, it will change the information in historical projects as well. Here is the situation that made me create the post. John Smith is a referring agent that works for Insurance Company #1 for the last 3 years and has referred 25 projects to the customer. He then changed jobs and now works for Insurance Company #2. Our customer wants to track how many referrals came from InsCo1 AS WELL AS John Smith while he worked at #1 and how many referrals from him now that he's employed by #2. Issue being now, once that contact info is changed, it now looks like Insurance Company #2 referred the 25 projects in the last 3 years. The work around is to create another contact for John Smith and add a variant, but that shouldn't be our permanent solution. I know that Luxor has a feature that allows for this type of change without feeding the new info back to historical projects, but it's been a LONG time since I have used Luxor and I don't remember how that function really works anymore.

Please expand the pop-up module that appears when you clone. See screenshot below. It would include these added options: -Link cloned project to original's other linked projects -Carry over relationships -Carry over staff Noah
