Add push browser notifications of what is in the notifications bell. They will in turn kick to windows, ios and android notifications. The ability to select notification for push would be a great addition to the roadmap as well.

A timed push notification that goes out before a task is due

When someone likes, comments, or edits someone else's note there should be a notification that comes with it.

I submitted a note a year ago about notifications, as they are not helpful as they are now. I will see a notification number on the notification bell, but once you click on the bell, the notification number clears. There is no efficient way to check all the notifications you have received. For example, if I log into Albi and I have 54 notifications, after I've clicked the bell, those notifications are cleared, and there's no way to know which notifications you have checked and not checked. I can't go through the 54 notifications and appropriately check each one without knowing what you have already checked, especially if more notifications come in. This is a pretty basic function for any software system.

Dialog inside the projects with audible notifications using the online version would be excellent. We currently resort to texting whenever we need to have dialog. This is inconvenient and doesn't track within Albi. Therefore any useful info will be easily lost in a text stream or will be twice the work needing to copy it over to the specific project in Albi. I was excited to see the tagging and comment feature in notes, however, my PM's tell me that the notification on the app only says they've been tagged, it doesn't open the project or note. So, it's of little use to them. It needs to have a clickable link or something. Also, the online (desktop) only adds to my bell notifications (nothing audible). I really need a distinct audible noise when I've been tagged for my immediate response.

Send email notifications for task assignment. Preferrably opt in to those emails

Would it be possible to have a feature that alerts us when a team member has the same project open so that we aren't working on the same project to avoid duplicate entries.

When you have notifications (such as a project moved from 1 column to another in the dashboard) and the little number with the amount of alerts shows up on the app, allow us to select multiple notifications and "Mark as Seen" rather than having to click each individual notification to make that number go away.

Give the ability to set tasks and move projects around without sending notifications.
