Feature Requests

We issue refunds to customers for certain reasons through QB and we would like to be able to have this reflect in the financials in Albi. At this time Albi does not have this feature. We are unable to pull accurate KPI reports without it. Hopefully this feature is create soon.

add a function to the Albi pay screen for project status so you can mark a project as closed after you get a payment. Add a column that is a status tracker so you know which payments you have documented, especially when some payments take longer to process than others.

I'm finding it frustrating to add invoice line items one at a time. It's time-consuming and inefficient. I'd like a feature that allows me to add multiple line items at once. Additionally, the line items are not in any particular order, which makes it difficult to find what I need. I'd appreciate a feature that allows me to arrange the line items in a specific order.

If we return materials for a job, there is no way to add a "negative expense". It doesn't make sense to add it to the "credit" section in finiacials. We should be able to add a negative amount in the expenses section.

Everything else in Albi seems to tag and link to each other but not expenses. In Dynamics, we would create an expense but had the option to tag/link the individual or the organization we were paying. It didn’t report or feed into anything else, which was fine. Now in Albi, the ‘Payee’ is free text. To me, it gives a more streamlined appearance (via tagging/linking) where when a company is tagged it’s always (as an example) “Green Valley Construction” instead of maybe someone throwing in GVC or just Green Valley. If I click on those tags, it links to that organization or contact as that’s who I’m paying. If I’m going into a job and need to find a bill, I know I can always filter by ‘Green Valley Construction’.

I would like the ability to rearrange the columns on the expenses view so that I can see important information, like the amount, without having to scroll. This feature would enhance usability by allowing me to customize the layout to better suit my needs.

We would like to see any attachments that are attached to the transaction in QBO populate with the corresponding expense/COGS. So the project managers can hover over and see the document/invoice/receipt for the associated cost and decide if it is accurate to their project or not.

If the invoice status would auto update as you send it and when it is paid, that would improve efficiency

Having the customer payment portal have the scan card option would make payments easier and faster

Having tap to pay using the Albi app. If customers could tap their card/ digital wallet to our phone to make a payment rather than entering card info.
