Feature Requests

Be able to send out a mass email (for general updates/notifications to clients, contractors, etc.) to all contacts, or a select group of contacts at a time. Would also eliminate the use of 3rd party emailing platforms.

Auto-Populate signatures in e-sign features on mobile app. Currently customers have to sign every signature box (we have 6 or 7) rather than it automatically inserting the first signature. My elderly customers will thank you for this update to the mobile app.

The ability to send reminders on a payment request

We would like to be able to put specific folders into specific project types. For instance in the rebuild project we would like to have a folder specifically for ITEL reports.

Dates for the dates tab auto fill in

When a scheduled event or task is created, it should be noted who created the even and when. Sometimes we have scheduling conflicts and it would be nice to know who created an specific event and the date/time it was created or edited.

We issue refunds to customers for certain reasons through QB and we would like to be able to have this reflect in the financials in Albi. At this time Albi does not have this feature. We are unable to pull accurate KPI reports without it. Hopefully this feature is create soon.

We want projects to be assigned to a staff member who has been assigned to an event there so that projects that they are assigned in an event to will automatically show up in their home screen. I spoke to luke about this.
