Something we have noticed while "cloning" is that the Relationships do not transfer from the original file to the new cloned file. Currently, we manually transfer all of the relationships to the cloned file? Can we change that??

Need the option to rotate a picture when in the editor view of a photo

A built-in Compliance Manager that automatically audits active projects and assigns a clear color status; green, yellow, or red, based on configured rules such as project stage, days in status, required documents, signatures, and activity. Users could choose which categories they want monitored and alerted on, so they only see the compliance issues most relevant to them. For example, a job in the New stage could be marked green, yellow, or red depending on how long it has remained there.

Please do something with these timesheets. I used to work 10-15 minutes; now I work 2 hours. They are very inefficient!

Ability to make a group of staff members associated with certain departments to then easily add multiple staff at once on events. For example: have a demo group with 15 staff members, you do not have to individually select all 15, rather just type demo and it will add them all at once.

allow the functionality to select multiple files and complete bulk actions. This would apply at minimum to moving files, renaming files, and tagging files. for example, allow us to select multiple pictures and tag them all at once, rather than having to click on each picture individually. If we could rename them, i.e. "Kitchen" and it appends -001, -002, -003 etc... onto the new file name that would be awesome.

When sending a document and i click the signature option it should automatically pull up the homeowners/insureds email instead of having to type it in. right now you have to start typing to find the email and it gives all my colleagues work emails first which is usually not helpful.

We have a lot of homeowners who give us 2 numbers or emails like a work and personal one so I would be nice to have an option to add both of those under relationship info

Adding a drag-and-drop upload feature within the file manager would significantly improve workflow efficiency. Currently, documents must be uploaded through the standard file selection process, which can slow down administrative tasks when handling multiple files. A simple drag-and-drop capability would streamline document management and save time across daily operations.
