We use templates that we paste into the notes of each project in Albi, so having to scroll through a small screen and go back to enter in information on our template is quite difficult. Is there any plan to implement a full screen note section within the project on the app?

It would be nice to have the time clock visible on phones when they aren't in the app. Multiple of our employees have used T-Sheets via QuickBooks and loved that they could see their time still running on their home screen/lock screen. This helped them remember when to clock out.

The side bar with info that pops up when you double click a project in the status dashboard should show the notes from projects time line to make reading through these notes much faster.

When creating a task can we also have a way to make it a high, medium, low priority. We also were looking into putting reminders on them for the next day or 2 days, etc.

Right now, I take the audio of my lengthy calls and use AI to transcribe and summarize. It would be amazing if Albi did this automatically.

It would be great if we could scan documents in the app instead of having to scan it in Adobe scan then transfer it to Albi.

I would love for the technicians in the field to be able to send a text message to the customer stating they are on their way that also allows the customer to track the technicians arrival. Similar to when your having furniture delivered or you've scheduled an appt with your cable provider. We had this feature previously through DASH and our clients loved it.

being able to assign a contact or org as a referral source for a contact or org. Alot of times a person or company will be the one who introduces us to a management company we want to be able to track those numbers

A very good competitor of yours, Jobsight, has texting clients through the app. Makes it super easy to use. Is there any future updates like this for Albi?
