Feature Requests

We should be able to select from all available metrics in Albi, and create our own dashboards for reports. It takes weeks to get a report that you need yesterday, and I'm sure it costs a lot of money to be constantly building these. Can we not have the ability to choose metrics, and formulate the data into bar graphs, circle graphs, tables, filters, etc.?

I run reports a lot and need to be able to sync information in real time. Right now I have no idea when the next sync will happen and that's not only frustration but very restrictive.

Lost should be a category in the sales dashboard. They have to fill this out when a job gets lost but they cant ever see the data

It would be better if the photo/project reporting could be organized into clearly labeled folders by room or area. This will help ensure that the reporting is easier to review and more efficient for documentation purposes. Ideally, each folder should include a descriptive label (e.g., "Living Room – Pre-Mitigation," "Kitchen – Equipment Setup," etc.) to clearly identify the stage and location of the work. Please go back to your old report layout. It was fantastic having come from Dash photo reports. This new report layout is awful and very much like Dash. A lot of wasted space on pages. Projects with many photos means reports with high page count become a Goggle Drive link due to the pdf file size.

We submit photo reports all the time to so many different insurance companies, I'm not sure why they aren't time stamped on the report itself, it is when you upload them, but not the import portion which is to insurance!

On the status dashboard, for receivables, it currently shows estimated and actual revenue. We think it would be more helpful if it displayed actual revenue alongside the outstanding balance.

Need to have drybook and all reports from file manager cover page reflect the accurate logo of the company and location

There are discrepancies between the two different Excel reports; they need to have the programming fixed to pull identical data. Usually it's just off by minutes, but the last one I pulled the detailed Excel was missing an entire day.

We like to have on file that includes all out documenation, such as our Hydro report from Encirlce, Xactiamte, W9... ect. When we open the hydro report from Encricle, that is in Albi, it has hyperlinks that work. When we attach the report to Albi, in creating one document that has everything, those hyper links do not work any more. We would appreciate it if this can be fixed so that we do not have to attach multiple reports in the email.
