Feature Requests

There have been many times I have created and sent a document to a client, the client decides they want to make a couple of changes, and then I have to cancel and redo the entire document. It would be more efficient if there was an edit feature (prior to a signature being obtained). This way I could edit and resend the documents back to the clients. It is quite a hassle to have to delete the entire document and redo it all again.

Instead of it saying the email comes from Albi have it state the actual company or staff members email.

Having a way to sort the photos in the file manager by date. This would help when searching for specific images and have a lot.

Images: Need subfolders for each room, or at leas the ability to manually make subfolders. If there were a way to sync an Xact sketch, and have it make corresponding image subfolders, that'd be so simple. Doc and Image thumbnails: PLEASE enlarge the thumbnails. Skip all the wasted real estate used for white border/background on each thumbnail. Shrink down the huge file name area in the thumbnail (it's 45% of the area of the thumbnail!); it looks like 1995. Doc and Image viewer: Make it much larger; please mimic gmail's full-screen quick doc viewer. We can't even read pdf's; we have do download them just to view them -very slow and clunky. Doc and Image viewer: Please make it so we can use the keyboard arrows to view the prev or next file. Doc and Image viewer: Please make it so we can click off to the side and it'll close. Annoying to have to click the little "X".

Please have the date and time added to the timeline at to when documents are sent out for signatures.

Please make it so photos and docs can be opened in full screen.

ability to upload a file into a folder by clicking and dragging...

We would love a way to create folders for storing images by room/area, similar to the way Encircle works.

Documents getting e-signed are not requiring "required" fields to be signed to save

Anytime we go to search through the file manager either to send an email or to make a project report. We need a preview of each file like when you make a project report. It does pull up like that, and it's amazing. However, when you go to send an email, there is no way to see which file is which and it takes too much time to lable each file.
