Feature Requests

I am sure this has been sent out already, it would be nice to be able to view the document in the file. As of now if you want to see the full document you have to download it. Just takes an extra step that isn't needed, Albi should have a file view capability.

It would be very helpful if our documents could automatically update the company address and tax ID based on the job location. This feature would streamline our operations, especially since we operate in multiple states like Maryland and South Carolina.

Sometimes photos are sideways and you have to download them to rotate and reupload to the FM. That is time consuming. Please set up a way to rotate documents in the file manager.

The only way to share photos is by downloading them (which is already weird in itself bc I have to wait for an email from Albi about the download). Any way to share a link or folder to clients?

Images: Need subfolders for each room, or at leas the ability to manually make subfolders. If there were a way to sync an Xact sketch, and have it make corresponding image subfolders, that'd be so simple. Doc and Image thumbnails: PLEASE enlarge the thumbnails. Skip all the wasted real estate used for white border/background on each thumbnail. Shrink down the huge file name area in the thumbnail (it's 45% of the area of the thumbnail!); it looks like 1995. Doc and Image viewer: Make it much larger; please mimic gmail's full-screen quick doc viewer. We can't even read pdf's; we have do download them just to view them -very slow and clunky. Doc and Image viewer: Please make it so we can use the keyboard arrows to view the prev or next file. Doc and Image viewer: Please make it so we can click off to the side and it'll close. Annoying to have to click the little "X".

Please have the date and time added to the timeline at to when documents are sent out for signatures.

Super cumbersome as it currently is... be able to simply download the photos like any other computer download... or at least be able to send the zip file to whatever email is prefereed

When documents are e-signed or sent out for signature in File Manager, there should be an activity notation on the timeline just like everything else that happens to a project. This will allow everyone to see who sent out the paperwork if that person is off work.

When sending out anything to a customer or subcontractor, the new Panda Docs actually places the receiver's email address as the customers signature. This spot should contain the receiver's name, not email address. I have been told that the receiver can backspace or delete the email address and trype in their name. Although this is a work around, I do not have the time nor should i have to educate the receiver on how to manipulate the system to work properly. It will not hold up in court, or any legal system, if I have a email address as a signature where it should have a customer's name. #Panda #signature #email address #contracts #work order #estimates
