Feature Requests

The majority of time, techs are base users and only have access to the mobile app. Can we add the ability for them to be able to edit their own timesheets there when they have that permission enabled?

It would be an awesome feature for my account managers to have a business card scanning feature that would auto upload the Company and Contact Info. Just a thought.

Ability for each employee to view attachments in their personal profile in mobile. If they could view their IICRC certs, Employee Handbook, etc., it would boost efficiency and help with professionalism in the field. Currently we can add certificates for each employee in desktop, but they aren't viewable; they're just a file attachment that the employee has to download in order to view.

Loss Image in Drybook 2.0 allows only 1 photo to be uploaded, so it should say "Take Photo", or "Upload Photo" instead of "Take Photo(s)" and "Upload Photos"

I would love for the technicians in the field to be able to send a text message to the customer stating they are on their way that also allows the customer to track the technicians arrival. Similar to when your having furniture delivered or you've scheduled an appt with your cable provider. We had this feature previously through DASH and our clients loved it.

It would be great to have a feature to clear all notifications at once, instead of having to mark each one as read individually.

Would love to see a feature within the Albi Mobile app and in which all users (PRO/Basic) could communicate within the app in "messenger" style - similar to GroupMe or Microsoft Teams. A hub where leadership, office staff and field staff can communicate real time and increase efficiency and response time rather than tagging on notes, tasks or text/email.

It'd be ideal to have the sandbox be visible to our field team on the app in the basic information section. Right now they have to click to edit and scroll to the bottom of the page to see the description for the project.
