There needs to be a way to consolidate the scheduler and/or task dashboard with a calendar and whiteboard to make it easier to see what day and time each scheduled appointment is. Currently you have to keep up with it by taking notes. This is time consuming and makes scheduling a headache. I should be able to set up a schedule that can be accessed by anyone to see where they need to be and when. It would solve a lot of problems with double booking or missing appointments.
