Why can't I create my OWN options for call outcome? 1st of all that options there are not "outcomes" . Out come would be appt scheduled, caller hung up, etc

2nd I was told today that they are universal. Not useful at all I should be able to add what our company needs

3rd why isn't there an Initial call?
