I know this might be a long shot but it would be good if slack or a internal communication system was integrated. Although we have the notes tab, yes that is specific to the project, but we have different departments that need open communication with departments overall. EX: Water mitigation channel including all allowed staff to mention throughout the day updates and anyone allowed in the channel can respond
