As a production manager overseeing mitigation field crews, a significant part of my week goes to manually reviewing job files and monitoring the progress of every active job. It’s time-consuming work, and it’s easy for details to slip through when you’re checking everything by hand. A direct integration between Albi and Claude, Anthropic’s AI assistant, would let Claude work with project data inside the system our team already relies on, giving management a faster, more reliable way to stay on top of every job.

Our key reasons for requesting this integration are:

Reviewing job files for completeness. Claude could check job files before they go out and confirm that scopes and documentation support what was billed.

Flagging stagnant jobs. Claude could monitor the status board, identify jobs that have stalled in a given status, and suggest next steps to move them forward.

Ensuring follow-up visits are scheduled. Claude could catch jobs missing a scheduled follow-up visit so nothing falls through the cracks during the drying process.

These are just our most pressing needs. Beyond them, we see many other ways an integration like this could help Albi’s users, from documentation support to reporting to day-to-day job management, and we believe it would add significant value across the platform.

We’d welcome the chance to be an early tester. At minimum, we’d be looking for access to project, documentation, status board, and scheduling data.
