I am having to figure visit times on my own due to high inaccuracies. For example, if a visit starts at 9:04 and ends at 11:10, Albi is calculating this at 3 hours when it is barely over 2. I can't turn that in to insurance, they will absolutely rake me over the coals. Please make this more accurate, it takes me a ton of time to refigure hours.

We've had this issue often. We also have had the issue of Albi ending our visit after one or two minutes. When we are reviewing the Drybook before sending it to the insurance company, we will change the times back to make them accurate. Often times, after we hit save, if we go to a different tab and then go back, the time will be moved right back to where it was to begin with. It's very frustrating and finnicky. This is supposed to be a very technical site/app for job management but it has some of the silliest issues (can we PLEASE stop having to hit save twice when we're on the dates tab?!).

Yers, I am spending way too much time altering the visit times. As you mentioned, this feature should be foolproof as it is an integral part of the mitigation.
