Allow Staff who do not have the ability to view timesheets to edit their timesheet through their company profile with timestamps not just the ability to adjust the number of hours there. Currently the ability only allows them to add time. Not make adjustments to actual hours worked.

Um, employees should not be able to screw with their own timesheets -that's a bad idea. You can allow this via role permissions, but be careful
