Can you add a column to the smart views in relationships for Activities? A column that can be sorted by activity type and shows the note. Refer to the Sandbox Column for reference on how it looks.

If it could be added to contact and Organization that would be ideal. we could still export it to a spread sheet and if you are using a date range of seven days as a filter it would only show the information you are trying to grab.
