Rearrange columns on expenses view

I would like the ability to rearrange the columns on the expenses view so that I can see important information, like the amount, without having to scroll. This feature would enhance usability by allowing me to customize the layout to better suit my needs.

Expenses should definitely have a "smart view" like the dashboard page. Who cares what the reference number is on expenses?! Why would that be one of the first columns i see without scrolling over? If we can't have smart view - can you rearrange the columns to have the name of 'who' and the 'amount' in the initial view without scrolling?
