I need Albi to pull customer's credit memos from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to ensure all financial data is accurately reflected. This feature would greatly improve the efficiency of managing customer accounts and financial records.

Agree; In this screenshot you can see the Accrual Revenue and Total Invoice Amount are different. That's because a Credit Memo has been applied, but there's no representation of that here. Usually Credit Memos should show up as 'Payments' against the invoice.
