Phone number search

Progressive Starfish

Would be useful to have the ability to search for contacts with their phone number in cases where names or addresses are unknown.

It would be very helpful for us if we were able to use the master search and the secondary search to look up a phone number. Sometimes we don't know whose number it is (adjuster, customer's relative etc.) That way we don't have to search both the customer column and contacts.

Super smart system-wide search bar so we could search by phone number, email, name, even by verbiage in the timeline notes etc.

Like when you use Ctrl+F and it searches even fragments.

Surrounding Owl

This would be wonderful. Searching by phone number would help tremendously. We could then search via phone number as a call is coming in and have the customers file already open when answering their call. Or searching for a note from a timeline to reference from a prior file, but couldn't remember exactly which file it was in. etc.
