Please help with this as soon as possible. For retail work (1/3rd of our company) our guys are not on their laptops all that much and it can be a great hassle to send an estimate. The salesman feels that it loses momentum trying to type it up. They are either using a different CRM or a different estimating app. I would much rather they use Albi alone as our metric data is tracked through it.
