Is there a way to have a live feed, or at minimum a daily report of all activities throughout all users and files? For instance, a live feed that, as one tech or manager is inputting a note, changing status, email sent, etc, it will update on a feed so everyone can see what’s going on on every file activity?

I don’t if that’s possible, but it would be really helpful. Right now it’s kind of a pain to try to dig into files and see what’s going on, it’s easier to make calls and annoy my guys.

As we grow, I want the info centralized so the file handlers can see what’s happening in live time and prepare next steps immediately.
