When an email with a job number is sent to multiple members of the team with their email linked, the email is placed into the communications tab once for each person.

In other words, if a customer sends an email to 10 of our staff members who have their email linked, it goes into the system 10 times.

It seems preferable that each email can be added once regardless of how many users received it.
