We are wanting to be able to account for Contacts who switch companies/positions without changing their job title/organization on past projects we've collaborated on.

Ex: A PM switches from organization A to organization B 2 years later. We want the job from 2 years ago to still show they worked for organization A but new projects show they work for organization B now. We don't want there to be two duplicate contacts with all the same info other than organization as its difficult to differentiate without opening each contact
