Make a notification icon for when support agents respond. Don't pop it open every single new tab and every single time a page is refreshed. There is not a good way right now to "keep it closed" unless the agent closes out the support.
It's an issue if you are going back and forth or waiting for support updates so the chat is still "Active", but it may be active for 4-8 hours, and closing it each time you open a new tab is repetitive
