It would be helpful if there were an additional column in the "Relationships" section where you can write in a quick note. For example, it's not uncommon on insurance losses to have multiple adjusters (mitigation, contents, rebuild, etc). It would be helpful to be able to note which adjuster is handling which part of a claim, without that being made a permanent part of that adjuster's Albi profile. Or if somebody is handling the job for the homeowner (say a daughter is handling a job for her elderly mom), it would be helpful to note who the person is in that situation.
