This is very basic, and really needs solved.

Albi has no good way of handling phone number extensions, so our team doesn't know if a phone number even has an extension.

Need the Contact/Org in both mobile and desktop to show applicable extensions, right with the phone number.

Example 541-443-1333 ext.245

Recommend you show it in mobile like the attached screenshot below.

Sandbox/Notes are not a good option for phone extensions for these reasons:

1) Sandbox/Notes are not visible when looking at a Contact/Org.

2) Our personnel will not open the sandbox on every Contact/Org before calling.
